City of Sanctuary is a movement that was founded in Sheffield to create a culture of welcome for asylum seekers and refugees.  We do this by raising awareness about asylum through talks and events, and by encouraging local people to include refugees in their activities.

For refugees and asylum seekers the club offers English practice and some basic English teaching together with quite a lot of orientation and cultural input plus fun, welcome and friendship.
